Initial Appointment: 1-1.5 hours- $395

This visit includes a comprehensive naturopathic intake, review of labs, vitals/physical exam as indicated, and initial treatment plan.  An incredibly thorough intake and diagnostic work-up are completed to determine underlying causes of disease. Initial treatment recommendations include conventional laboratory testing, specialty laboratory testing when indicated, and natural therapeutics when indicated to initiate the healing process.

Extended Follow-up: 60 minutes– $265

Visit for comprehensive plan development and lab review; follow-up on progress across 4 health concerns or 2–3 complex concerns; or homeopathic consultation

Comprehensive follow-up (30–45 min): $190

Follow up on progress across two-three health concerns or a single complex health concern, lab review when indicated, and treatment.

Brief Follow-up: 15-20 minutes– $90

Brief check-in for one health concern of low complexity or acute problem

A superbill with necessary codes can be provided to the patient to submit for reimbursement.
